Terms of Service
1. Scope and parties
These Terms are an agreement between you and Ren Ito (an individual developer; "we", "us") covering your use of the Game and related services. The Game includes the client, server-side services, the account system, matches and matchmaking, out-of-match progression, the shop and gacha, purchases, mail, social and party features. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For Japan, the statutory notices on purchases are the 特定商取引法に基づく表記 (Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice) and the 資金決済法に基づく表示 (Payment Services Act notice).
2. Accounts
- You may start as a guest or register a full account. A guest credential is stored on your device; clearing local data, switching devices or uninstalling may make that identity unrecoverable.
- Guest accounts cannot make purchases; bind an email address or a Google account first.
- To keep your progress long term, we recommend adding an account name, password and two-step verification early.
- The first time you enter the Game after registering you are asked to confirm your birth year and month and your billing country; please enter them truthfully.
- An account is for your personal use only. Keep your account name, password and two-step verification secret safe; losses caused by your own failure to do so are your responsibility.
- If your account is compromised or behaves unexpectedly, email us immediately at correa19980@gmail.com.
3. Rules of conduct
While using the Game you must not:
- use cheats, speed hacks, scripts, emulators or tools that alter device information, or any unofficial client;
- exploit bugs for gain, or register accounts or farm resources, promotions or purchase gifts by automated means;
- buy, sell, rent or give away accounts, trade in-game assets for real money, or make purchases on behalf of others or through third-party top-up services;
- pay with someone else's payment method or stolen payment details, misstate your birth year-month or billing country, or file a chargeback without good reason after receiving in-game currency;
- post unlawful, insulting, harassing, fraudulent, sexual, violent or rights-infringing content in nicknames, chat, reports or any other input;
- deliberately throw matches, disconnect on purpose or otherwise ruin other players' experience;
- attack, scan, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the Game's servers and network.
4. Virtual items
- Gold, diamonds, fragments, heroes, boundstones, pets and other in-game items are virtual items. We own them; you receive a right to use them for the term of these Terms.
- Virtual items cannot be exchanged for legal tender or crypto-assets and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- The rules for buying, using and refunding diamonds and gold are in section 5.
- Virtual items in an account that is sanctioned for breaching these Terms are not compensated, unless the law provides otherwise.
5. Purchases and virtual currency
5.1 Purchases and payment methods
- You can buy diamonds and gold (together, "in-game currency") in the Game with USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). The Game currently accepts USDT only. The provisions of these Terms on fiat payments, payment providers and chargebacks will apply only after we add the corresponding payment method, and the details will then be shown on the top-up page.
- USDT payments are transfers straight to the deposit address we assign to your account. Transfer the amount shown on the order within the order's validity (30 minutes); the amount received is what counts (any exchange withdrawal fee is yours to bear). On-chain transfers cannot be reversed, and assets sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be unrecoverable. A full payment that arrives within 24 hours after expiry is credited automatically; anything else (under-payment, over-payment, arrival after cancellation, etc.) is handled manually.
- Before you pay, the order confirmation shows the item, quantity, list price, discounts, amount payable and currency; if a price or discount changes you must confirm again. In-game currency is credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, and the order appears in your purchase history.
5.2 Billing country and currency
- Your billing country determines the currency, payment methods, prices, statutory notices and minor spending rules available to you. Each billing country offers one legal-tender currency.
- You can change your billing country freely before your first purchase; after that, once every 30 days, and not while you have an unfinished order or an unpaid debt.
- Set your billing country truthfully. Setting a false billing country to exploit price differences is a breach of these Terms.
5.3 Paid and free in-game currency
- Diamonds and gold bought with a purchase are "paid"; those from events, rewards, login, in-item bonuses, promotions, purchase gifts and recharge coupons are "free". The two are shown separately in the diamond and gold history.
- Spending uses free currency first and paid currency second by default; items marked "paid only" use only the paid portion.
- Paid diamonds and paid gold do not expire. If free currency has an expiry, it is stated when granted.
5.4 Use and restrictions
- In-game currency can only be used within the Game to obtain in-game content and services, and bears no interest.
- In-game currency cannot be cashed out, exchanged for legal tender, USDT or any other asset, gifted, traded or transferred between accounts.
5.5 Holding limit and overflow
- Gold has a holding limit (paid and free combined: 99,999). An order that would certainly exceed the limit cannot be submitted.
- Any amount over the limit at the time of crediting is sent by in-game mail: the paid portion you bought never expires, and the rest must be claimed within 7 days.
5.6 Recharge coupons, discounts and bonuses
- A recharge coupon can only be used by its holder on that account, cannot be transferred and has no cash value. One coupon per order at most; after discounts the amount paid is at least 50% of the list price.
- In-game currency from in-item bonuses, promotions and purchase gifts (first purchase, cumulative, daily first purchase, consecutive days, etc.) is free currency; each event's detailed rules are on its event page.
5.7 Refunds
- Refunds go only to the original payment method, in the original currency, and in total never exceed the amount you actually paid. Coupon discounts, bonuses and promotional content have no cash value, and refunds are never made in in-game currency.
- For refunds we process (including statutory withdrawal) we first reclaim the in-game currency the order granted and then refund in proportion to what was actually reclaimed; used portions are not refunded. The order's bonuses and the purchase gifts it unlocked are reclaimed proportionally as well.
- Coupons: on a full refund where everything was reclaimed, the coupon is returned to your account (same expiry); otherwise it counts as used.
- We bear the payment channel's fee for fiat refunds; USDT refunds are made net of the network fee for the transfer and only to an address we have verified.
- How to apply: "Request refund" in the order details, or email correa19980@gmail.com. Requests must be made within the period the payment channel allows.
- Except as these Terms and applicable law provide, in-game currency that has been credited is not refunded.
5.8 Statutory withdrawal rights
- Korea: under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw a purchase of unused paid diamonds or gold within 7 days of payment. Used portions and free currency (bonuses, promotions, coupons, purchase gifts) cannot be withdrawn. Whether currency is "unused" is decided by payment order (earlier purchases are treated as spent first). After a withdrawal we refund within the statutory period.
- EU / UK: digital content normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because in-game currency is delivered immediately after payment, when ordering you must expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal; you cannot buy without ticking this box.
- Japan: owing to the nature of digital content, cancellations or refunds for personal reasons are not accepted after purchase, except where the law provides otherwise (such as rescission by a minor) or the cause lies with us.
- Rights that consumers in other countries or regions have under local law are not affected by these Terms.
5.9 Purchases by minors
- You cannot make purchases if you are under 13. Minors must obtain a parent's or guardian's consent before making purchases.
- Minors are subject to a monthly spending limit according to the billing country (as stated on the recharge page); orders over the limit cannot be submitted.
- In Japan, Korea, the United States and certain other regions you are asked to confirm your birth year-month again before your first purchase, and the confirmation is kept with the order.
- For a purchase a minor made without a guardian's consent, the guardian may request rescission by email as the applicable law allows; after verification we process it under section 5.7.
5.10 Chargebacks and debt
- If you start a chargeback, dispute or refund with your bank, card scheme or payment provider, we immediately reclaim the in-game currency the order granted; any part that cannot be reclaimed is recorded as a debt.
- While you have a debt, the in-game currency from your next purchase is first used to offset it, and the order confirmation shows the amount offset; until the debt is cleared some functions, such as changing your billing country, are restricted.
- If a dispute ends in your favour, we restore the corresponding in-game currency.
- For chargebacks without good reason, repeated chargebacks or use of stolen payment details we may restrict purchases or suspend or terminate the account.
5.11 Risk control and irregular orders
- To prevent fraud we may send an order to manual review, delay crediting, apply limits or reject it; payments for rejected orders are returned to the original payment method.
- We may reclaim in-game currency credited in error because of a system error, a bug or a breach of these Terms.
5.12 If the Game shuts down
- If the Game as a whole stops operating, we will announce it in the Game at least 60 days in advance and stop selling in-game currency from the date of the announcement.
- Unused paid in-game currency at shutdown is refunded to you as the applicable law requires (including Japan's Payment Services Act); the method, period and how to apply will be given in the announcement. Free currency is not refunded.
6. Changes, interruption and termination of the service
- We may suspend or interrupt part or all of the service for updates, maintenance, equipment or network failure, or force majeure. Planned maintenance is announced in the Game in advance where possible; purchases are paused during maintenance.
- We may adjust game content and values, including but not limited to character attributes, drop rates, shop prices and event rules. Significant changes are announced; completed orders are not affected by later price changes.
- If you seriously breach these Terms we may warn you, restrict features or suspend the account.
- If the Game as a whole stops operating, section 5.12 applies.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property in the Game's software, art, music, text, interface and other components belongs to us or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, decompile, distribute or commercially use them without written permission. Nicknames, chat and similar content you create in the Game may be used by us, within the scope of your permission, to provide the service, for safety review and to resolve disputes.
8. Minors
- If you are a minor, read these Terms and use the Game with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
- We recommend that guardians watch minors' play time and spending and manage payment methods sensibly. Purchase restrictions are in section 5.9.
- Account or spending disputes involving minors can be raised by email to correa19980@gmail.com; we handle them under applicable law and platform rules.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses caused by network failures, device failures, interruption of third-party services, force majeure or your own improper operation. The Game is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. This section does not limit liability for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms because of legal changes or operational needs. Amended Terms are announced in the Game and you are asked to confirm again the next time you sign in. If you do not agree with the amended Terms you may stop using the Game; completed orders remain governed by the version in force when they were placed.
11. Disputes and contact
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to the protection you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your habitual residence.
- The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
